Field Service Technician (Will Train)

Our company provides service to the CEMS (Continuous emissions monitoring systems) industry. Our customers include power and steel plants, paper and cement factories, hospitals, basically anywhere there is a necessity for monitoring air pollutants emitted from industrial activities. We help make sure that these facilities comply with federal or local environmental regulations.

We are looking to hire a field service technician located in either Indiana or Ohio. We will help train the correct candidates to do on-site repairs and quality assurance testing of various CEMS equipment, including:
• Extractive and dilution sampling systems
• Hot/wet extractive sampling systems
• COMS (Continuous Opacity Monitoring systems), CEMS(Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems).
• Continuous and sorbent trap mercury monitoring systems

Qualifications
Must be able to meet certain physical demands such as:
• Consistent standing or walking
• Climbing ladders, mostly fixed ladders
• Use of tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
• Ability and Willingness to work at elevated heights on stack platforms in excess of 100 feet.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in industrial environments
• Must be available to work 40+ hours per week (there will be overtime)
• Will need to be a part of the On call rotation(once you have completed training)
• Willingness to travel inside the USA
• Electrical or mechanical experience a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
