Description: Momentum Healthcare Staffing hasan opening for a Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Salem, MA.Will accept NP/PA or PMHNP.Requirements:Masters Degree in Nursing with certification as a NP or graduate of a certified Physician Assistant program.Two plus years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.Current licensure to practice in Massachusetts.Experience in community health care.Must have reliable transportation to travel between sites.Preference will be given to bilingual/bicultural individuals who are Spanish or Portuguese.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with commitment to establishing a safe and respectful environment for team members.Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.High level of commitment to continuous improvement in the quest for comprehensive and quality health care.Completion of a compliance training.Additional Information:$5,000 Sign on Bonus Under the supervision of the AssociateMedicalDirector/NursePractitioner, the Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant, in collaboration with the supervising psychiatrist,will provide continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages and genders.The PMHNP/Physician Assistant (PA) will provide direct clinical service to patients, provide clinical supervision to interns and staff, be involved in quality improvement activities, other administrative activities, and help to develop programming as needed.Care may be delivered virtually via tele-health.If interested, please respond with the following:1.Your CV2.
