Details listed below:Dates of Coverage: 3/06-6/09/2023 possible extensionSchedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pmPay Rate: $140/hr plus covered A malpractice insurance.Scope of Work: Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations.
