Position: Facility Maintenance Project Manager and Dispatch |
Description:
Project Manager and Dispatch
Candidate would work from office answering calls from Customers, Dispatch work to Technicians and SUB Contractors, Locate New Sub Contractors as needed, work on computer to accept and schedule work, complete work and follow up to Customers,on a daily basis to keep Customer Informed of progress. Collect completion forms to close jobs, will be on call some evenings and weekends rotating with other Project Managers.
Ideal Person will have some knowledge in several Trades, to know what Sub Contractors are explaining. Office and computer skills, and polite attitude.
