Description: Application Architect Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field 15 years of IT Industry experience with 10+ years of experience in relevant development tools as mentioned in below Job description High level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination & communication skills, and the ability to work on teams Domain experience in Insurance (Nice to have) Technical Skills: 1. Experience in developing and implementing solutions using frameworks related to OAUTH, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT etc 2. Experience in developing/integrating diverse application ecosystem - Main frame, Java, .Net and COTS products 3. Change the way API calls are authenticated and authorized 4. Introduce new frameworks for authentication and authorization 5. Reduce reliance on mainframes for authentication and authorization Roles and Responsibilities 1. Software development. Well versed with all aspects of the software development process, such as determining business goals, prototype modeling, risk evaluation and customization for specific clients or users. 2. Ongoing support. Evaluates applications to identify necessary configuration changes, maintain data integrity, improve the user experience, and stay abreast of security issues. 3. Thought leadership. Conduct industry research with business partners to establish thought leadership and bring new knowledge to the organization. 4. Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure 5. Providing technical leadership to the application development team 6. Performing design and code reviews 7. Ensuring that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained 8.
