About this role As a Product Manager, in this role you will be supporting innovative, small form factor IoT solutions in our Cargo Monitoring Business. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, supporting the go-to market strategy, driving customer immersion, gathering customer requirements, and overall product strategy, roadmap, and vision. You will collaborate closely with business unit leads, development organization to deliver the product to market, and other product managers on the team. Key Responsibilities : + Creating bold vision and strategies for new IoT sensors with small form factors, bringing to market 0 to 1 IoT solutions + Through market research and customer immersion identifying and size opportunities for IoT small form factor solutions + Working with customers to understand their needs and pain points, and clearly define use cases strategies for addressing those needs in the market + Assessing market segments of interest and analyze competitive landscape + Delivering customer-centric, market driven strategies to ensure revenue goals, customer engagement and retention + Identifying strategic opportunities for partnerships with external/internal parties to maximize strategic opportunities + Developing go-to-market strategies to take products from ideation to scale + Assessing revenue potential and growth markets for products + Building commercial product roadmaps + Getting buy in from commercial leaders and stakeholders + Facilitating cross-business sharing of opportunities and best practices + Building and enhancing important internal and external relationships Required qualifications: + BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field + 5+ years of experience in the IoT space + 5 years of experience in Product Management + 5+ years of experience building solutions on private and/or public cloud environments We Value + Excellent management and communication skills in order to influence internal and external stakeholders + Understanding of supply chain tracking market, track and trace capabilities for recall and inventory management using IoT technology + 10+ years of professional work experience + Previous experience in transportation & logistics a plus (TMS, WMS, FMS) + Experience with Lean, Agile, Scrum, SAFe frameworks + Passionate about understanding customer problems and jobs to be done + Customer-centric, market-driven, and inquisitive by nature + Able to rapidly create strong relationships with external and internal partners + Outstanding oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels + Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, be nimble and adaptable, and handle ambiguity + Lead by example, and not afraid to get hands dirty.
