Description: Job Requisition ID # 22WD65795 Position Overview Our Go-To-Market (GTM) finance organization is seeking a VP of Business Planning & Performance Management (BP&PM) to help lead financial planning and strategic project analysis for our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their GTM organization. Our GTM organization brings together our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and GTM technology teams under one group. This is an exciting time to partner with our GTM organization, as we build our future GTM model to help us meets our customers' evolving needs. To help Autodesk accelerate its GTM performance, we are seeking a leader to orchestrate our revenue planning process, drive our business performance management cadence, and lead value added financial analysis for strategic business initiatives. These initiatives include optimizing our GTM model to maximize customer & financial impact and designing our ROI framework across a $1B+ spend base. In addition to providing strategic financial guidance to our GTM organization, this role will help modernize our enterprise performance management (EPM) landscape by working closely with various finance and delivery teams to enhance our BP&PM process & tools by providing product vision, process design, product requirements and agile implementation. This role reports to the SVP of GTM Finance and will be their key business partner. This role will interact with the most senior leaders in our GTM and Finance organizations. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate a strategic mindset, excellent executive presence, cross functional collaboration skills and strong financial planning process & system experience. This role requires dexterity to work at multiple levels, including high level strategy and insights thinking to disciplined processes leadership of complex planning cycles. Location: San Francisco or Remote; Willing to work California hours Responsibilities Be the strategic partner for our SVP of GTM Finance and the COO staff Orchestrate critical financial planning and performance management business analysis across the GTM and the GTM finance organizations Drive process transformation across planning and performance management cycles with a focus on tool/ system modernization Build a high-performing team through strategic hiring, mentoring, and development of talent Be a part of the future of finance at Autodesk- help us realize our vision to be the best finance team in the industry Minimum Qualifications 15+ Experience in a large public SAAS company finance function ideal; Experience in FP&A or GTM finance in a multi-dimensional GTM model (products, geos, business models) a must Management consulting or investment banking background a distinct advantage Strong people leader who manages with empathy and passion Executive presence and ability to "tell a story through numbers" that drives decisions with senior audiences Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience as a Subject Expert/ Product Manager influencing process and solution design in tools such as Anaplan and Power BI Finance or Engineering undergrad required, MBA an advantage Click below to learn more about our benefits in the US. Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $242,400 and $333,135. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
