Involves application development, prototyping, modelling and high level technical consulting. Perform "what-if" analysis to simulate network stress test and survivability. Predict effects of configuration changes, identify applications bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Works on unusually complicated problems and provides solutions that are highly creative and ingenious. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range targets. Assignments are frequently self-initiated. Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired outcomes. Work verified through consultation and consensus with others rather than by formal review of superior. Serves as a consultant to top management in long-range company planning pertaining to new or projected areas of advancements. College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 10+ related experience.

In this role you will get to show off your chops as a full stack software engineer influencing outcomes, guiding transformation, putting your stamp on how the team and organization evolves. The journey is wide open with possibilities. Here are a few things that you will need to have:

Key Expectations:

  • You will be a mentor to the team driving full (and correct) adoption of modern software engineering & Delivery practices ( Real Agile, TDD, ATDD, Stateless Design, Microservices, Containerization, CICD, Cloud, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for comprehensive technology strategy with multi-year integration plan/roadmap
  • Orchestrate transition and conversion approach that incorporates journey reimagination, systems interfaces, data conversion and integration testing
  • Ensure systems/capabilities are production ready to manage to the end state transition
  • Deliver multiple, large development efforts according to the multi-year integration plan, but delivered incrementally
  • Develop partnerships with various Officers/Directors across IT and Business areas
  • Facilitate the multi-year business needs assessment and architecture design
  • Identify key success metrics for integration and delivery
  • Identify operational impacts of initiatives; report and initiate discussions on emerging risks in the Finance area
  • Deep knowledge and experience in designing for and implementing solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google). This can range from custom code on IaaS/PaaS to SaaS solution integrations.
  • Ability to develop FinTech relationship and extend to the broader ecosystem


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
  • 15 years of experience engineering awesome solutions and 8 Years leading modernized development teams
