Position: Senior HR Business Partner - Technology

My client is the key player in the technology space.


As an organisation that is undergoing huge change and transformation at the moment to optimise operational efficiencies, it is an incredibly exciting and challenging environment for a senior HR professional looking to make an impact. They are seeking a commercial, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their commercial and fast-paced team. The role will support the technology function globally


Key accountabilities for the role will be interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective, interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive out the HR initiatives. You will ensure they are engaged appropriately to deliver the appropriate support in all areas including transformation, off shoring/near shoring, OD, talent management, succession and development and leadership.


This is fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a global, Matrix environment.


As an ideal fit for this position you will have the following experience:



  • Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly

  • Have supported either a technology client group or worked within the technology sector as an HR Business Partner within a fast paced global Matrix organisation

  • Broad experience in all aspects of the people agenda preferably on a global basis

  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions

  • High level influencing and communication skills
