Purchase Ledger Clerk
Description: Our client is one of the UKs leading distributors of childrens toys and games, with an extensive product range from some of the most recognized names in the UK.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, based in Lees near Oldham in our clients accounts department.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibility will be to administer all purchase ledger paperwork in accordance with the laid down procedure and deal with any queries. This will include the processing of purchase invoices and maintaining the purchase order system subject to authorised controls.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar accounts environment with the ability to update and maintain spreadsheets and an efficient filing system. You must be fully computer literate with strong Excel experience. A flexible, proactive approach to work and a great attention to detail is absolutely key in this role.
