Position: Principle Perm Consultant Digital Technology

The Role

ss Ensure the projects are completed within given KPI s

ss Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure strong account management

ss Position the company as the go-to market for digital technology roles recruitment

ss Develop a business plan to build out a profitable division with additional headcount

ss Provide a consultative and first class service which will encompass a strong knowledge of various classes of businesses and disciplines

ss Work closely with clients to in order to attract upper quartile talent in line with expectations via all relevant channels

ss Network extensively with the candidate community in order to map out the best talent

ss Collaborate with the other divisions within the company in order to seek out opportunities and develop new client relationships

The Person

At least 4 years' experience in hands operm recruitment delivery in digital technology front end development roles

Must have lots of hands on experience & built a technical specialism from the ground up

Extensive experience in winning business - has lots of stories to tell around this

Someone who wants to develop into a leader

Experience of building & developing strong candidate & client relationships

Demonstrable passion for digital technology

Proven track record of hitting targets

Drive and ambition to succeed

Proactive and enthusiastic personality, strongly self-motivated with natural ability to build rapport with others
