Description: Physician Family Medicine Provider Type: PHYSICIAN Location: Lander, WY 82520 DESCRIPTION The Client is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine with OB Physician to join our established group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over ,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, womens health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. ABOUT THE POSITION Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 85, this can be flexible) Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed) Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped up Typical procedures: Per providers comfort level Support staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per provider Practitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS QUALIFICATIONS BE/BC in Family Medicine Surgical OB fellowship or equivalent experience required for C-sections, etc. Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, womens health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefitsignificant investments in technology and uncompensated care RECRUITMENT PACKAGE Comp in MGMA-median+ range and opportunity to wRVU bonus quarterly 25+ days PTO $5K CME allowance Sign-on bonus Student loan assistance Medical malpractice insurance and tail coverage $10K+ for relo Residency stipend Marketing + practice growth assistance ABOUT THE COMMUNITY Nestled between mountain ranges in Fremont County, Lander and Riverton, WY offer breathtaking views, a close-knit community, and no state income tax.
