Our nursing staff has 500 years of combined experience among 45 nurses, with no travelers. The hospital is a 145-bed general acute care hospital, and the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board-certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced-level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey. ABOUT THE POSITION 215 births a year Average patients per day: 20 Midwife or NP/PA support and adding to staff Nursing team is well-established and enjoys strong staff retention. OB-GYN 50/50 Expanding to a third OB to achieve a 1:3 call schedule. Seasoned staff OB to support new grad/early-in-career, Designated OB provider committee with supportive leadership Pediatric service 24h on call Level II special care nursery and 24-7 anesthesiology DaVinci robot Opportunity to explore utilizing a well-established multi-specialized surgery center.
