Schedule:

• Outpatient clinic coverage

Responsibilities Include:

• Outpatient cardiology follow-up visits


• Evaluation and management of established cardiology patients


• Ongoing management of chronic cardiac conditions


• Collaboration with cardiologists and clinic staff


• Documentation and care coordination within the outpatient setting

Team Environment:

Work within a supportive cardiology practice alongside physicians, APPs, and clinical staff in a team-based care model
