Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Schedule: M-T, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-1:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call)

Position Overview:
Join a premier plastic surgery and aesthetic wellness center committed to delivering natural, transformative results through advanced medical aesthetics. Led by a board-certified plastic surgeon, this modern, state-of-the-art facility offers neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, skincare, and device-based therapies. We are seeking an experienced, licensed Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Responsibilities:
Perform consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify, etc.), dermal fillers, and other injectables using advanced techniques.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in EMR.
Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and techniques.
Build lasting patient relationships through education, trust, and consistent outcomes.
Collaborate with the surgical and aesthetic team for optimal results and continuity of care.
Assist with content creation and marketing (before/after photos, videos, social media).
Qualifications:
Current RN, NP, or PA license in NC.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on injectable experience (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) - new graduates not considered.
Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
Experience with weight loss injections and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy preferred but not required.
