Position: Offshore / Onshore EIA Project Manager
Description: Offshore / Onshore Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Project Manager required for an established and award-winning utility company's Dublin office with remote working. Reporting to the Offshore Environmental & Consents Manager, you would be responsible for the management of the EIA works for offshore wind projects currently over 1GW in capacity. Experience in both the onshore and offshore elements of offshore wind consenting would be highly beneficial.
Package: AC;50k - AC;75k negotiable, depending on experience. Pension, bonus, healthcare and more.
Key duties and & responsibilities include:
Manage the delivery of EIARs
Manage and co-ordinate the lead EIA consultant and 3rd party external consultants and surveyors
Log and manage relevant EIA documents such as schedule, risk log, project reports
Ensure regular project meetings, planning of cost, time and programme
Liaise and coordinate with team members and relevant stakeholders
Provide engineering input into project design
Manage survey operations and agreements with landowners for survey access
Flexibility to visit project sites when required
Skills and Experience:
5 years' experience and degree in relevant discipline such as environment, planning etc.
Multi-disciplinary project and specialist / subcontractor management experience
Experience in the wind or wider renewable sector
Competency using MS Office, MS Project and GIS software
