Our Client is a global provider of managed VMS/MSP, RPO, structured workforce programs, direct hire, RPO and payrolling services. They are seeking an MSP Director with sales experience who can engage with their client base and sell appropriate solutions across EMEA. The business already has a strong delivery capability, but part of the role will be to build an account management team. The role will suit an established individual looking for more scope and autonomy in a more entrepreneurial environment.

Their Mission is t o be in the top 10% of the supplier base on managed staffing programs.

The MPS Director will be accountable for designing the strategic direction, investment and successful strategy execution to meet challenging sales growth targets. The role will haveEMEA sales strategy ownership and accountability.

There'll be a strong focus on origination through utilizing the existing client network, cross selling, designing and executing marketing strategies, engagement programmes and thought leadership initiatives and through personal networks.

There will also be a key role to play in solution design, implementation through to delivery with the team in India and pivotal role in creating market insights that drive continuous service improvement and product innovation in the MSP / RPO business.

The European business is currently a growing and geographically diverse business. The opportunity exists for someone with excellent RPO / MSP and Project Management knowledge, exemplary leadership skills and sales DNA to the core to work alongside the MD and significantly grow a niche, specialist RPO business into a true global force in the market.
