Implementation Consultant Salesforce - FinTech

You could be progressing your career at a SaaS FinTech; their capital market tools are used by Investment Banks and independent research providers to automate and analyse client service and research consumption, presenting a complete overview of the client relationship made available via the Cloud.

As an Implementation Consultant you will focus on client implementations of Salesforce based products; partnering with the client to understand their business needs via running workshops (either remotely or at client site, post-Covid), using demos to flesh out requirements. You'll work with internal software development and client success teams, producing technical documentation and investigating technical feasibility as well as working with clients during implementation and assisting with configuration of client solutions.

The company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home full-time, with the caveat that you'll visit the London office a couple of times a month going forward.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Implementation Consultant / Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst; ideally within a financial services environment
• Good knowledge of Salesforce including technical configuration experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate communication via workshops, produce technical documentation and provide training
• Ability to form strong working relationships
• Likely to be degree educated
