ss26,000pa plus out of hours bonus of ss2600

The Role

  • Responsible for supervision of helpdesk
  • Provide support and escalation for helpdesk analysts
  • Ensure out of hours support is covered
  • Escalate issues to wider IT team
  • Provide IT training
  • Represent the IT department

Key Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Results driven

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Supervisory experience
  • Degree level qualification preferred but not essential
  • Happy to work out of hours to meet needs of the business
