Position Overview:
Gastroenterology group in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join their thriving and growing practice in beautiful Ocean Springs, MS. Established Group: Join a stable, collegial team of experienced and supportive gastroenterologists.
Growth-Driven Role: Position created due to strong patient demand and practice expansion across satellite offices.
Hospital Affiliation: Affiliated with Gulfport hospital with only 1 day/week of hospital coverage.
Call Schedule: Light call rotation of 1:6, ensuring a strong work-life balance.
Advanced Procedures: ERCP is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
Minimum starting base salary of $500K+
Partner Track: 2-year path to partnership with no cap on income potential
Current partners are earning over $1 million annually
