We are always looking for talented, customer service professionals to help shape the future of our company. Currently we have an opening for a full time, Customer Service Representative in Bloomington, IN with an immediate start date.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound calls and address customer service issues and Help Desk inquiries before transferring the call to a licensed insurance agent.

Responsibilities:

• Function as the first point of contact for our clients' customers
• Field inbound calls in a courteous and respectful manner from prospects
• Place outbound calls for beneficiary outreach
• Provide first level resolution to customer issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Document problems in a detailed fashion and reroute them to the next level of Bloom support
• Build relationships through superior customer service and satisfaction
• Work within established performance metrics
• Uphold Bloom's quality and compliance standards
• Excellent attendance, along with consistent dependability and flexibility in the workplace

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service skills preferred, but not required
• Proficient with computer programs in a Windows environment
• Respectful tone and professional demeanor
• Performance driven mindset
• A solutions-minded team player
• Self-motivation
• Positive can-do attitude
• Self-Discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
