Customer Service Executive
Due to exciting growth an opportunity has arisen to join my Dorset based eCommerce client whom manufacture and distribute a wide range of innovative and bespoke products to residential and commercial customers across EMEA. The business are currently in the process of enhancing technology systems and business processes which will take their brand to the next level. Due to year on year growth and as part of their expansion - my client is actively seeking experienced Customer Service Executives to join their collaborative, friendly customer service team team.
As an experienced Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for delivering first class customer service and care to my clients inbound customers via phone, email, live chat and through my clients Facebook Messenger. You will also be tasked with managing customer care through my clients Instagram and and Facebook pages. You will have excellent communications skills - verbal and written, able to build rapport with current and new potential customers.
Working in a multi faceted role able to carry out administrative tasks such as order and returns processing, managing customer queries, customer accounts, supporting and advising customers of other products that may be of interest. Working in a faced paced environment, you will be process driven and proactive in contributing new ideas, giving positive feedback from my clients customers whilst being commercial aware.
