Change Manager - Rewards - Non-Profit - £56,000
Gravitas are supporting a high profile Non-Profit organisation in their search for a Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of a large scale Rewards & Benefits focused project working with an array of both external & internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
You will take responsibility for your own workload, liaising with the current Project Manager to provide updates on any & all progress.
In addition to this, you will spearhead the business-wide adoption of these changes ensuring all stakeholders are provided with key information as to why & how these changes are being made.
