Change Manager - Rewards - Non-Profit - ss60,000 - 12-Month FTC

Gravitas are supporting a high profile Non-Profit organisation in their search for a Business Change Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of a large scale Rewards & Benefits focused project working with an array of both external & internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

You will take responsibility for your own workload, liaising with the current Project Manager to provide updates on any & all progress.

In addition to this, you will spearhead the business-wide adoption of these changes ensuring all stakeholders are provided with key information as to why & how these changes are being made.

Role: Rewards Change Manager (12-Month FTC)

Salary: Up to ss56,000 (DoE) + 25 days AL & other benefits including:

Up to 7.5% matched pension contribution

Bike to work schemes

Location: Remote w/some potential travel into London post-Covid

Essential Skills:

  • High standard of written & verbal communication

  • Prior experience of working within a Business Change role

  • Demonstrable ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority both internally & externally

  • Extensive skills within stakeholder analysis eg, identification, analysis & engagement of all stakeholders across the business

  • Clear ability to drive the adoption of change & influence people's behaviours in relation to change

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within a similarly sized organisation

  • Non-Profit Sector experience

  • Business Change qualifications

  • Experience working on Rewards focused projects
