Location: Across Norfolk Reserves

Salary: ss10.60 per hour

Hours: Various, depending on the requirements of the school booking or planned event

Would you like to inspire people about wildlife in Norfolk?

This charity is seeking two highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to assist environmental and outdoor learning delivery on our nature reserves, in schools and to communities across Norfolk. They have a proven and respected track record of delivering outdoor learning to schools, receiving over 5000 pupils each year to their reserves. They are proud to have been awarded the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom's Quality Badge. They also run an active programme of informal education activities for families during school holidays and at weekends, and attend events across the county.

The Casual Engagement Officer will travel to Ranworth Broad, Hickling Broad, Cley Marshes and Holme Dunes. Travel to other sites around Norfolk to attend events and visit schools will also be required.

Previous experience of outdoor education, excellent communication skills and a passion for wildlife essential. Post involves delivering national curriculum linked activities to schools on our fantastic nature reserves and running family events across Norfolk.
