Summary


Incremental Group is a high growth digital technology business based in various locations around the UK. We are looking for a number of experienced Technical Consultants to join our growing team.

We value working with people with different points of view and experiences, so hope to hear from a wide range of talented skilled consultants who have a proven track record in customer engagement, application consultancy and training. You will play a critical part in building our Enterprise vision and grow this practice through the delivery of high profile and high value Dynamics CRM/365 projects.

Overview of the role


Our Technical Consultants will utilise their technical and consultant skills to:

ss Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/365 system;
ss Advise customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes;
ss Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing;
ss Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching;
ss Design and test customisations to the Dynamics CRM/365 system;
ss Participate in go-live stages of the project;
ss Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager;
ss Carry out pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions

What you bring to Incremental Group


As a Technical Consultant you will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills coupled with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

In addition, you will possess skills and expertise in the following areas:

ss Significant experience with CRM systems: CRM 2011, CRM 2013, CRM 2015, CRM 2016;
ss Designing and delivering technical elements, e.g. extending with code;
ss Extending server side, e.g. plugins, custom workflow activities;
ss Extending client side, e.g. web resources, form script;
ss Skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript;
ss Integrations with other applications;
ss ASP.NET web development;
ss Azure (not essential, however highly desirable).
