Application Support Engineer / Technical Consultant (Java .Net)
As an Application Support Engineer you'll join the Service Desk responsible for providing 2 nd / 3 rd line technical support for customers' web based trading systems. Responsibilities will include eliciting diagnostic information from the customer, performing analysis and working with developers to review product code and work with parts of the customers' code to replicate issues that they are experiencing. You'll develop strong working relationships with clients and ensure that their requirements and expectations are managed in a professional manner.
Please note there are two positions available, one covering UK customers with hours of 0900 to 1700; the other supporting US based clients with hours of 1500 to 2300.
The company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home with a gradual return to the office planned for the new year (January 2022); based in central London with continued flexibility to work from two days week going forward.
