As an Anne Fontaine brand ambassador, you will work closely with our Boutique Manager to achieve the below objectives:
• Lead and support the company’s growth plan by providing superior client experiences to all our guests
• Adaptability to the Anne Fontaine selling culture with focus on engagement and styling
• Actively listens in conjunction with coaching and development from your Direct Supervisor
• Demonstrates impeccable salesmanship with the ability to adapt to the needs of the business which results in achieving all sales and KPI goals
• Build and retain clientele by developing relationships with our guests
• Partnering with our Boutique Manager to comply with all company policies
