Description: Responsible for making guests feel welcome.
Responsible for room bookings (also known as reservations) and deal with requests that guests make during their stay.
A friendly and professional individual at all times, be able to look after several things at once and always stay calm, sometimes under pressure.
Receptionist need to have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything thatís going in an organisation, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to co-ordinating deliveries and organising travel arrangements for staff. You'll also often be the first person that employees and potential clients see, so you're always representing the company.
Expected to be incredibly organised and friendly, this role is so much more than picking up the phones.
