Description: As a full-time chef you will be required to work on days, evenings and weekends. The applicant should be a team worker, punctual, proactive, outgoing and dependable and be required to perform the following tasks:
• Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian authentic Italian recipes and artisan pizzas;
• Prepare pre-cook ingredients such as blanching, blending, brewing, chopping, cutting, dicing, grating, kneading, roasting, sprouting, stewing, steeping, steaming and simmering;
• Marinate the first hand products for final cooking;
• Mix ingredients to create the right balance of taste;
• Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian artisan pizzas from scratch;
• Prepare the artisan pizza dough and bake in wood burning oven;
• Create new recipes according to specific request of clients;
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality of the food;
• Adapt menu dishes to accommodate customers with food orders;
• Plan menus and order food and kitchen supplies along with the supervisor and
