|Position: Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant|
Description: Larlyn Property Management is seeking an experienced, motivated Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant to join our finance team . The Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant is responsible for the timely payroll administration, adjustments and the assurance of updating and accuracy of all employee data maintained for payroll processing purposes. The Administrator will also prepare a variety of reports to support the payroll function in full as well as year-end tax requirements.
The Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant is responsible for assisting in various payroll forecast updates and analysis. The Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant will assist the HR department with various functions.
Post Secondary Education – University Degree considered an asset
· Must have CPA designation
· 3+ plus years of progressive Payroll/HR experience (within the Real Estate industry considered an asset)
