Description: Duties include:
Answering phones.
Performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Being able to work without supervision.
The successful candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer literacy.
Being able to work as part of a small team.
To be successful in this role you will need to: possess excellent verbal communication, possess computer literacy skills including in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, have the ability to manage time and set priorities, work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate a commitment to providing excellence in customer service, provide professional service to a diverse range of clients and be a self starter who is willing and able to use their initiative
Previous experience is not necessary, however, would be an advantage. Training will also be provided. Only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.
