Description: Drake International, Hamilton Branch, is very excited to be working in conjunction with QSL- Great Lakes Stevedoring. We are currently recruiting for a few Foreman.
Do you have previous experience as a foreman, shift leader, team leader or supervisor? Have you worked in the logistics field?
We are looking for experienced foreman to work with our client on their start up in Nanticoke.
You will be responsible for the supervision of heavy equipment operators, general labourers and crane operators.
Planning the shift, what needs to be done, dealing with staffing matters, payroll, doing reports and conducting tool box meetings before each shift.
You will be required to work shifts, days and nights as well as weekends when needed.
Previous heavy equipment experience would be a definite asset.
