Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers through multiple interaction channels to include but not limited to; inbound and outbound, phone, email, mail and fax.
•Ability to comprehend and process multiple customer requests and orders for initiating, discontinuing, reactivating, or changing service.
•Ability to respond to all customer contacts within specified time frames in an efficient and accurate manner.
•Demonstrates experience and ability to provides excellent customer service adhering to a "one call resolution" standard with the quality expected to assist every customer or non-customer contact.
•Ability to comprehend and accurately fill out forms, determine charges for service requested, collects payment information, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders.
