• General office duties
• Health & Safety Representative
• Initiation of new staff and maintaining payroll compliance & documentation.
• Supervision of junior office staff members as required.
• Professional phone etiquette/customer service.
• Managing Accounts Receivables & Payables
• Asset & Liability reporting and tracking
• Month End reporting and Bank Reconciliation
• Employee Remittance and T4's
• Year End preparation working with the Corporate Accountant
• Maintaining and Updating all office related Systems and Databases
Skills & Assets
• College or University Educated in Office or Business Administration.
• Min. 4 years general accounting experience.
