| Position: Call Center / Customer Service Representative |
Description: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our Customers and Retailers might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will also entail assisting existing customer service personnel with their daily duties and responsibilities. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction, along with supporting the enhancement of our existing customer service team. This position is a fun and challenging role that plays an integral part in increasing the overall revenue of not only our company, but the revenue of our retail partners.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Effectively manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calling
• Identify and assess customer/retailer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
