Vice President, Compliance - TUCSON, AZ
MARKET expansion has prompted the demand for a VP of Compliance to build a compliance program for behavioral health authority. Developing strategic relationships with state legislative policymakers and assisting with the development of state legislative public policy concerning state insurance, Managed Care Organization, Medicare and Medicaid regulations and initiatives will be key elements of this role. VP will ensure regulatory compliance with state and other government agencies related to the health insurance industry, maintain and track laws and regulations, contract documentation, amendments, and various compliance measures. Establish and implement necessary programs, including fraud and abuse and HIPAA. Conduct compliance audits, develop and implement corrective action plans, and report on achievement of action plans to senior management and Board of Directors.
