Description: POSITION: Travel coordinator
This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all functions of the Accounts Payable Department.
You will also responsible for the timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices and the related reporting.
Part-Time | $2900/month
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.).
- Good communication skills (i.e. oral and written).
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments from customers.
- Supervise the maintenance and coordination of monthly financial closings.
- Make relevant records and reports.
