Description: Qualifications / Experience / Skills Requirement
• Ordinary degree level or higher in either an IT-oriented or an engineering discipline (electrical/electronic with a strong IT component) or automation technology
• While some experience (1-2 years) in above fields is desirable, it is not essential
Applicants with an IT / programming qualification / or experience in
IT Skills / Experience (not all are required)
• Networking (TCP/IP and hardware)
• PC hardware
• CLI (Command Line Interfaces)
• Object-oriented programming (e.g. .Net, J2EE, Python, C++, C#, Java)
• MS SQL, MySQL, data modelling, Windows systems, Windows server 2008
• Web development technologies (XML, HTML5 & scripting languages)
Applicants with an electrical/electronic or automation technology qualification
• Scada System
• Panel design, build and wiring
• Competent in schematic drawing & electrical wiring diagrams
• PLC programming (Siemens S7, Schneider ELAU, Wonderware, Profibus/ASiBus
