Our client provides nationwide on-site service support for opticians throughout the UK. They offer optical services including sales, servicing and repair of ophthalmic instruments as well as a full range of replacement bulbs and consumable items for all types of test room equipment.
Role
The overall purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage all field service engineer visits to customer sites and providing administrative support to the management team.
• Organising the Field Engineer diary for installs, servicing and repairs
• Dealing with customers calls
• Liaising with engineers, warehouse and in-house technical support
• Following up outstanding works and return visits
• General admin support across the management team
• First point of contact for customers assisting with ordering parts and arranging appointments
