POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a Strata Resident Caretaker Couple for a residential property in Surrey. This will be a full time position starting April 1, 2015. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Jan. 31, 2015. The Resident Caretaker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of the building and surrounding grounds, and for communications between residents and the Strata Manager.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitoring and general maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
• Perform other minor routine maintenance jobs such as replacement of light bulbs/fixtures, painting and drywall repair
• Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
• Ordering of all cleaning and other supplies
