| Position: Regional Accounting Manager |
Description: Responsible for all areas relating to Accounting Department functions and financial reporting.
Responsible for multiple TV/Radio markets financial information on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end accounting activities.
Liaison to TV/Radio market’s Business Operations Managers
Various financial analyses and special projects
Approves Accounts Payable check requests and recurring vouchers
Reviews market(s) semi monthly payroll summary sheet and backup
Monthly closing
Prepares audit schedules
Assists with annual budget process
Assist with capital expenditure accounting
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
CPA preferred
3 to 4 years of public accounting and/or industry experience.
Strong MS Excel knowledge and General Ledger Systems
Excellent communication, organizational and analytic skills
