We are looking to recruit successful Team Leaders for our branch in Angel, London, and more determined to get the right person on board to join our new team of consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is part time but can be extended immediately full time if the candidate is successful.
• Be a part of the recruitment team
• Recruit, manage and lead a team
• Working along side the recruitment team an
• Work alongside our marketing department and follow up on new business opportunities
• using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
• headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Each candidate will undergo a 2-week training scheme. On completion of the training period, successful candidates will be sponsored and will be promoted to Executive Team Trainers.
