Description: Desired Project Experience: Commercial, Industrial, Retail Reports to: Project Manager Position summary: Direct and monitor the progress of construction activities while maintaining safety and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
• Assist in preconstruction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling and estimating
• Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project, including accurately projecting construction activities for scheduling purposes
• Interpret drawings, details of drawings, and specifications
• Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams and subcontractors
• Work with senior management to track job progress and costs
• Complete daily reports and safety inspections
• Submit all documentation as required
• Direct, coordinate, and facilitate meetings for owners, subcontractors, architects and local authorities
