| Position: Personal Assistant/Receptionist |
Description: This position will be responsible for processing and balancing items, compiling cash letters and transmission of files to various customers both internally and externally. This position is highly supervised and follows well-defined procedures.
Qualified applicants will be proficient with a PC and have proficiency of the English language. Applicants must have good Responsible Detailed-Oriented Payment Processor/Personal Assistant skills.
Must be 18yrs above
Knowledge of A/R Financing Policies and Procedures but not a must.
Results oriented individual.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Equivalent to a high school education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows.
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
