| Position: Payroll Supervisor |
Description: Supervisor will be heavily involved in bi-weekly payroll. Individual should have extensive multi-state and multi-company experience. Web based experience is a must.
Responsibilities
Directly oversees/assists assigned payroll coordinators and the department as needed
Enforces policies in the areas of techniques, material usage, capacity planning, production scheduling, customer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures
Ensures proper training of staff
Keeps abreast of all payroll processing systems and modifications
Assists in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as foreign issues that may arise
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and coworkers to promote a quality service image
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate improvements and improved working relationships
Provides technical/professional advice and knowledge to others within the organizatio
