Description: We at WS Health care services are currently seek an Accountant/Payment Processor with High Volume Invoice Processing and Full-Cycle Accounting experience to be responsible for timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices. A/P Processor will perform accrued receipts to vendor statement reconciliations, as well as manage the accounts payable exceptions. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
-Answer inquiries from vendors as well as store locations to resolve issues accordingly
-Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions
-Compute, classify, and record transactional data to keep financial records complete
-Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Professional experience processing high volume invoices (minimum 10 invoices per day)
