* Handle inbound customer service support calls from new and established customers
Solving every customers concern and problem with best information
* Continue and gaining new learning on the products and services
* Performing professional customer care representatives
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and above
- At least high school graduate
- Candidates who are fluent in BOTH English and specific needed language
- Should be able to read and write in BOTH English and specific needed language
- Delivers excellent customer service at all times
- With or without Call Center experience
