Construction Company
A large property management company has a large contract to tear out and re build several units all across the South Western Ontario this is a 3 year contract
Main responsibilities for this position include:
Cleaning up after all different trades in each unit. This would include vacuuming, sweeping, and removal of all exterior garbage after renovation is completed
The preparation of all renovated rental homes for final inspections. This would include scraping, washing out basements and garages.
Clean out all garages, decks, exterior porches and all around fence lined areas during renovation.
Clean up abandoned basement units. This includes, washing, final sweep or vacuum.
Installation and cleaning of all basement windows, tracks, and window wells
Perform any other related duties as required.
