We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their growing company. This is a fast paced and challenging role and a great opportunity for a long term career. Duties of the Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant include answering phones, calendar management/personal assistant for the company president, composing correspondence via email, letters, and memos, proofreading letters and other documents for spelling and grammatical errors, distributing mail, scheduling appointments and managing contacts in Microsoft Outlook, filing, copying and document management.
