Position: Customer Service Representative |
Description: Customer service full time, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm ( may be adjusted )
Long-term positions paying $12-16.00/hour, plus commission when new customer is developed.
After minimum 3 months probation, medical coverage and vacation time will be available after 3 months with full-time employment
Duties:
- Front desk coverage (inbound and outbound calls, receiving visitors)
- Responding to customer inquiries (via phone and email) and ensuring that appropriate action is taken
- Providing support to any departments where needed
- maintain current customer and develop new customer
- Complete special projects and assignments, as required
Requirements:
- MUST have excellent listening, verbal & written in Spanish and English
- MUST have AA degree
- MUST have minimum 3 years experience in substance retail or wholesale customer service, with verifiable references
- Optical industry preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass Drug and Background Check requirements
